Your plan's member limit is the total number of members across every workspace you own. On Pro (30 members) you can spread those 30 people across as many workspaces as you like.
Every paid plan has an integrations option for +$15/month — GitHub, Slack, Linear, Jira, Google/Outlook Calendar and Calendly. Once on, they're enabled across every workspace you own.
Your data stays safe and accessible, and you can export it at any time. We will not delete your workspace if you stay on the Free plan.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Billing adjusts at the start of the next billing cycle.
Yes. TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest apply to messages and attachments on every plan, including Free. Opt-in end-to-end encryption for sensitive channels is on the roadmap.
